Job summary

ClearEdge IT Solutions, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify and attract top talent for mission-driven roles supporting national security and innovation. You will partner with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a seamless recruiting experience from first contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency in job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications against complex job requirements.
• Experience supporting both technical and non-technical hiring needs.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles across the organization.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Extend offers, initiate background checks, and support onboarding as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records for EEO compliance and reporting.
• Promote ClearEdge culture and benefits to external candidates.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events (5–10% travel).
• Track and report recruiting metrics to leadership.
