Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a Senior Scheduling Consultant for an onsite role in Portland, Oregon. The candidate will independently lead all phases of construction planning and scheduling, developing and updating detailed schedules, and communicating findings to clients and project teams.

Ideal candidates will conduct forensic schedule analysis, assess progress on site, and advise on delays, cost implications, and mitigation options, collaborating with internal teams and clients throughout project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant professional scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling.
• Experience analysing complex construction project schedules.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction planning and scheduling from development through completion.
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Conduct forensic analysis of schedules, costs and documentation.
• Visit project sites to assess progress with the project team.
• Communicate schedule findings, risks and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and costs to support delivery performance.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain project files.
