Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Scheduler to work closely with the Project Team to maintain Project Controls standards and ensure accurate lifecycle scheduling from estimate through project completion.

The role interfaces with estimating, design, and construction teams; you will develop and maintain CPM schedules, monitor risks, and provide timely scheduling analyses. Relocation to project locations may be required to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant scheduling experience.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System.

Responsibilities

• Create CPM schedules and integrate final approach into project plans.
• Provide schedule analysis for delays and impacts.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and construction teams.
• Track risks and communicate schedule status to management.
• Document schedule basis and audit monthly.
