Job summary

STO Building Group in Phoenix is seeking a Scheduler to work with the Project Team to ensure CPM schedules and project controls standards are met throughout the lifecycle from estimate to completion.

You will interface with estimating, design, and construction teams, develop schedules, analyze delays, manage risks, and train project managers and superintendents on scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 3-8 years relevant experience.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System.
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
• Experienced with Primavera P6 or MSP scheduling software.
• Willingness to relocate to project locations; travel required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares CPM schedules and integrates them into final project plans.
• Accumulate and access data for realistic future planning and forecasting.
• Develop understanding of project scopes and contracts.
• Communicate with Owner to ensure satisfaction and address issues.
• Provide scheduling analysis for delays and risk mitigation.
• Ensure teams respond to schedule-related risks appropriately.
• Document schedule basis and assumptions for internal use.
• Conduct monthly schedule audits and support project pursuits.
• Assist in training Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling tools.
