Job summary

Shawmut Design and Construction seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler for mission-critical projects in Boston. You will lead CPM scheduling across a diverse project portfolio, coordinating with teams and trade partners to validate baselines, durations, and milestones.

The role requires expert Primavera P6 skills and collaboration with field teams for accurate, actionable schedules. Responsibilities include creating narratives and visuals, developing look-ahead plans, and establishing standard

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction scheduling experience on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 for detailed CPM schedules.
• Familiarity with data center power, cooling, controls, and cabling systems.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and Excel for data exports and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling across the project portfolio using CPM methods.
• Develop and oversee resource-loaded CPM schedules with Primavera P6.
• Establish baselines, validate scope, durations, logic, resources, and milestones.
• Lead schedule reviews and updates across concurrent projects with field teams.
• Develop three-week look-ahead schedules aligning daily execution with milestones.
• Create scheduling standards, templates, and reporting practices.
