Job summary

Leadout Capital is expanding its Government Cloud customer engineering team. As a Platform Technical Support Engineer, you will own Mission Critical Support cases, partnering with Worldwide Support, R&D, and Support Operations to resolve complex issues.

You will troubleshoot across web tiers, databases, and Salesforce-specific technologies, and provide shift coverage to meet global customer needs. A TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or services role.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Familiarity with internet technologies (firewalls, web servers, proxy servers).
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and SOAP web services.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage support cases end-to-end as a Salesforce platform expert.
• Troubleshoot issues across web tiers, databases, integrations, and Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with Worldwide Support, R&D, and Support Operations to resolve high-severity cases.
• Provide shift-based coverage to support global customers.
