Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to join our Mission Critical (Data Centers) team across locations in Indiana, Ohio, Texas and other locations.

You will lead the safety program, ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate training and incident investigations on high-risk mission critical campuses. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of safety management experience on mission critical projects, knowledge of NFPA 70E, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of safety management experience on mission critical projects.
• Experience with NFPA 70E and electrical safety.
• Leadership and communication skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety program across all construction activities on mission critical campuses.
• Serve as technical advisor to Safety Professionals, Field Supervision and Subcontractors.
• Coordinate OSHA compliance, incident investigations and training across sites.
