Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the safety program across mission critical campus construction activities.

You will collaborate with project leadership, subcontractors, and safety professionals to ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company policies. The role requires 5+ years of construction safety management experience on mission critical projects, strong leadership, and the ability to manage LOTO and energy isolation across complex campuses.

Qualifications

5+ years of safety management experience on mission critical projects.
Experience with OSHA standards and construction safety.
Knowledge of energy isolation and LOTO práticas on complex campuses.
Bilingual Spanish and English a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Interface with Campus General Superintendent and Field Managers to lead safety program.
Advise on compliance with regulations and company safety policies.
Develop and teach safety training courses, including LOTO procedures.
Manage accident investigations and implement preventive measures.
Monitor high-risk activities and participate in SOW/SOP/MOP reviews.
Maintain safety metrics and support claims management and return-to-work processes.
