Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Safety Manager for its Mission Critical (Data Centers) team across multiple U.S. locations. You will lead safety programs, advise field teams, and drive incident prevention in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of safety management on mission critical projects.
• Strong OSHA regulatory knowledge and incident investigation experience.
• Experience coordinating with field supervision, subcontractors and safety professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program across all construction activities on a mission critical campus.
• Act as technical advisor to Safety Professionals and Field Supervision.
• Develop and improve safety and health program management, training, SOPs and SOPs.
