Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager for its Mission Critical Data Center team across multiple U.S. sites.

You will lead safety programs, guide field teams, and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and energy isolation standards. Strong collaboration with project leadership and subcontractors is essential. The role requires 5+ years in safety management on complex construction projects, with CSP/CIH/CHST or OSHA 500 credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of safety management on mission critical construction projects.
• Experience with energy isolation and LOTO programs on complex campuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety program across mission critical data center construction activities.
• Coordinate with Safety Professionals, Field Supervision and Subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA rules, NFPA 70E and NEC standards.
