Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to join the Mission Critical (Data Centers!) team for locations in Indiana, Ohio, Texas and possibly other sites. The role requires 5+ years of safety leadership on mission critical construction projects and a strong grasp of OSHA rules.

You will develop and lead the safety program, coordinate LOTO and energy isolation, and drive training while collaborating with field teams and subcontractors to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction safety for mission critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA rules and safety programs.
• Ability to lead safety teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety program across all construction activities on a mission critical campus.
• Serve as technical advisor to Safety Professionals, Field Supervision and Subcontractors.
• Develop and continually improve safety and health program management.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and advise management accordingly.
• Assist with safety training curriculum and course development.
• Ensure LOTO program compliance and drive energy isolation processes.
• Coordinate with Energy Marshall, Engineering and Subcontractors on procedures.
• Lead high-risk activity planning and review SOWs, SOPs and MOPs.
• Verify qualifications, training, and PPE for personnel performing work.
• Contribute to accident investigations and preventive measures.
