Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety across mission critical campuses in Texas and other locations. You will partner with project teams to implement robust safety programs, train staff, and ensure compliance with OSHA/NFPA 70E standards.

The role requires 5+ years of safety leadership on high-stakes construction sites, experience with LOTO, and strong collaboration with subcontractors. A Spanish-English skillset is a plus, with a focus on zero-incident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety management experience on mission critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E.
• Experience with LOTO and energy isolation programs.
• Ability to lead safety teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety program across all construction activities on a mission critical campus.
• Advise on compliance with regulatory rules and company policies.
• Develop and deliver safety training courses and sessions.
• Establish and manage LOTO procedures with Energy Marshall and project team.
• Investigate incidents, coordinate with insurers, and implement corrective actions.
