Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Mission Critical Manager to drive full lifecycle management of Mega Projects and On-Site operations. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations and Facilities to launch, stabilize, and optimize complex project ramps across multiple sites.

The role demands strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to coach staff while traveling up to 75% to support branches and markets in need of rapid improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5 years of equipment rental leadership experience.
• Proficiency in operational systems and tools (Rental Man, FAST, Oracle, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute launch and support plans for Mega Projects and On-Sites.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Operations, and Facilities for ramp-up and stabilization.
• Own the lifecycle of assigned projects, delivering operational and customer service excellence.
• Lead planning and launch activities to deliver efficient, well-staffed On-Site operations.
• Conduct quarterly self-review audits with Branch Managers.
