Job summary

Mission Critical Group in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, engineered-to-order projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.

You will work across engineering, operations, supply chain, and field service to meet customer and contract requirements, drive risk mitigation, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing complex, engineered-to-order manufacturing projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Experience in oil and gas, marine, electrical equipment, or critical power environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, scheduling tools, and reporting tools.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own schedule, scope, budget, and risk from start to finish.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and align cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate procurement readiness, production, testing, and shipping to meet milestones.
• Manage changes through formal change orders and contract documentation.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and senior leadership.
