Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking an Area Manager - Mission Critical to lead the full lifecycle of Mega Projects and On-Site deployments across multiple markets. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Facilities to drive launches, staffing, and stabilization of processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of equipment rental leadership, and willingness to travel up to 75%. You will own project lifecycles, conduct reviews, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of equipment rental leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Rental Man, FAST and Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Operations leadership to scope and launch Mega Projects and On-Sites.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Operations and Facilities to ensure ramp-up and stabilization.
• Own the lifecycle of assigned projects and deliver operational and customer service excellence.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly deep dive project reviews.
