Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Construction Manager/Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical projects in the Charlotte area. You will organize on-site construction activities, supervise subcontractors, manage cost and schedule, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure work meets design specifications and client expectations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 20–25 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience with mission-critical centers and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and supervise field crews.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and cost reporting.
• Develop and enforce site plans, QA/QC procedures, and documentation.
