Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Construction Manager/Superintendent to lead field operations on mission-critical projects in the Clarksville area. You will oversee on-site construction activities, supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, and ensure compliance with safety and project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education.
• OSHA 30 certification required or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organization and direction of on-site construction activities and field operations.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, field engineering, contract administration, and cost control.
• Develop and execute project plans including automation, safety, environmental, and labor strategies.
• Maintain detailed daily field reports and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with project management to maintain client relationships.
