Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Construction Manager/Superintendent to lead on Mission Critical projects in the Lubbock area. You will oversee on-site construction activities, coordinate field staff and subcontractors, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery that meets engineering designs.

Responsibilities include developing site plans, enforcing safety programs, managing QA/QC, and maintaining detailed daily reports while supporting the project management team and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related technical degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• 20-25 years of relevant experience with progressive responsibility and technical knowledge.
• Experience with mission critical platforms and high/medium/low voltage systems.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to walk the job site and lift objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the organization and direction of on-site construction activities and supervise field staff and contractors.
• Ensure operations are on schedule, within budget, and compliant with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field engineering, cost/schedule, and daily field procurement and reporting.
• Develop and execute safety, environmental compliance, and QA/QC plans for the site.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and support client communications with the project management team.
