Job summary

Clayco is seeking an experienced project leader to manage on-site construction activities for large-scale, mission-critical projects. You will supervise field operations, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence on national client sites.

Ideal candidates will have 20–25 years of relevant experience, a civil engineering or construction management degree, OSHA 30, and will travel as required to project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related technical degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi-floor scaffolding.
• Travel will be required as our clients and projects are nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organization and direction of all on-site construction activities and serve as primary contact for field activities.
• Ensure operations meet design, specifications, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, procurement, and reporting.
• Develop and execute safety, environmental, and labor plans; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
