Qualifications

• Experience leading safety culture and mentoring staff.
• Strong background in preconstruction and buyout processes.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and change orders.
• Familiarity with cost forecasting and project budgeting.
• Knowledge of Lean principles in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project safety culture and awareness.
• Oversee prestart process and schedule development.
• Coordinate with preconstruction team on quantity takeoff and bid packages.
• Manage subcontractor pricing, scope, and buyout planning.
• Prepare and manage submittal schedules and shop drawings.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
