Job summary

Suffolk is seeking a Project Manager for its Mission Critical Center of Excellence focused on data center and mission-critical construction across the United States. You will manage resources, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements from project start to closeout, coordinating with owners, trade partners, and Suffolk teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with Suffolk Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to align with the Project Schedule.
• Represent Suffolk with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects of the Owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Build relationships with clients and the Suffolk project team members.
• Project Start-Up: review contracts, budget setup, milestones.
• Create a schedule of values and project logs; plan safety and mobilization.
