Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience relative to project size and scope

Responsibilities

• Budget updates: Produce thorough forecast of Cost-to-Complete and track field costs.
• Change Order Management: Track PC0s and Changes in Expedition and provide status reports to Owner.
• Project Close Out: Establish close-out plans, use CCQ, and organize completion.
• Owner/Sub Requisition Process: Ensure timely pay requisitions and values, manage collections.
• Cash Management: Maintain cash flow and ensure accurate value tracking.
• Meeting Management: Lead effective project team meetings with focused agendas.
• Contract Logs: Maintain logs across Cash Management, Change Management, Nonconformance, etc.
• Subcontractor Relationships: Build firm but fair relationships with subs and contractors.
• Exhibit B Purchasing Process: Organize scopes and timely buy-out of materials.
• Schedule Management: Produce and maintain baseline schedules with timely updates.
• Risk Management: Implement risk controls, notices, and containment actions.
• Owner Relationship: Keep Owner informed and secure favorable references.
• Quality Management: Enforce quality benchmarks and nonconformance tracking.
• Team Leadership: Develop and guide the project team, training and mentoring.
• Mentoring/Training: Oversee career development and adherence to SOPs.
