Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project resources through the full lifecycle.

• Oversee risk, insurances, quality, and project progress with the owner and team.
• Interface with owners, architects, consultants, and authorities.
• Attend and chair schedule and management meetings as needed.
• Ensure accurate purchasing, logs, subcontracts, and approvals.
• Closeout projects with manuals, warranties, and training delivery.
