Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates in the Sumter area (50 mile radius) will be considered.
• Preferred manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience with measuring devices such as a tape measure and calipers.
• Some experience in assembly operations, or assembly requiring drawings/diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble switchboards/panelboards per drawings/diagrams/blueprints.
• Select, install, and label components using hand tools and established procedures.
• Perform quality inspections and address nonconforming parts.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Identify missing components and follow assembly flow from BOMs.
