DS2 is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery teams on critical software initiatives for federal clients. You will own the plan, drive execution from kickoff to close, manage scope and schedule, and maintain clear client communications to prevent surprises.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure risk is mitigated, and uphold quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Hybrid work options available in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including software delivery.
• Experience running Agile projects and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to brief clients and leadership clearly and follow through on commitments.
• Ability to manage risk and explain impact on cost, schedule, contingency.
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for a security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead software projects from initiation through close, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Build the plan with milestones, resources, and a client-agreeable timeline.
• Guide developers and cross-functional partners to meet deliverables.
• Track progress, report status, and surface issues early for resolution.
• Manage changes to keep scope, cost, and schedule aligned with agreement.
• Own quality and customer satisfaction for the work performed.
