Qualifications

• Ten years of project management or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to manage high-visibility programs independently.
• Oversee efforts of direct reporting resources and staff.
• Experience mentoring personnel.
• Broad knowledge of PMBOK disciplines.
• Extensive experience managing software development projects with client interaction.
• Experience defining scope, work plans, schedules, estimates, resources, and status reports.
• Experience coordinating heterogeneous project teams across vendors/organizations.
• Experience reviewing software documentation.
• Ability to obtain Postal clearance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of assigned projects end-to-end.
• Serve as single point of contact for projects.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
• Track, analyze, and report project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards across deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
