Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in the United States is seeking a strong Project Manager to drive technology initiatives within our Cyber Program, blending Waterfall and hybrid delivery to meet business needs.

The role requires leading planning and implementation, maintaining detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with PMO guidelines to deliver value quickly. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, and quality, facilitate executive communication, and manage cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects end-to-end and delivering value.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and or implementation of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plan and charter.
• Facilitate the definition of project mission, goals, tasks and resource requirements.
• Ensure business value realization, manage expectations, and identify opportunities to add value.
• Analyze vision, market trends, and user needs to select technical solution options.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, architecture, costs, and schedules.
• Define scope, develop plan, and execute within guidelines and budget.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting outcomes.
• Track milestones, manage risks and issues, and communicate status to leadership.
• Resolve conflicts and monitor progress, providing corrective actions as needed.
• Assemble project staff and manage performance across projects.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Communicate effectively to drive results across IT and business units.
• Follow PMO processes and ensure proper project closure and lessons learned.
