Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required and must be a US citizen.
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT-related field.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair client computing devices and peripherals.
• Install and troubleshoot networking equipment including switches and wireless access points.
• Manage users and endpoints using Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management platforms.
