Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Analytics Engineer at MacDill AFB, FL to develop data sets, reporting tools, and scalable solutions for GSM-O II and JCSE. You will analyze network performance, design data collection, and deliver ad-hoc reports to meet customer objectives. U.S.

citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required. The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with Government leadership, and implementing new tools while ensuring data quality and retention.

Qualifications

• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.).
• CCNA certification highly desired.
• Experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems.
• Database experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection methods to gather key metrics across missions.
• Conduct mission reporting and refine customer reporting requirements.
• Analyze trouble tickets: create, respond, resolve times; identify trends.
• Monitor bandwidth and evaluate network performance across mission lifecycle.
• Develop process documentation and a repeatable framework for future missions.
• Present recommendations and findings to senior Government and military leadership.
