Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC provides technology and systems engineering support to warfighters and federal agencies. This role is based at MacDill AFB, FL and focuses on data collection, reporting, and network analysis to support GSM-O II and JCSE missions.

Ideal candidates will have DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, strong data analytics skills, and experience with network management and ticketing systems to deliver detailed operational reports and stakeholder briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience as specified, or equivalent.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security).
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and managing data storage/retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection methods to gather key performance metrics across missions.
• Refine customer reporting requirements and deliver detailed mission reports.
• Analyze ticketing data to identify trends and improve responsiveness.
• Monitor bandwidth and network performance across mission lifecycles.
• Create comprehensive process documentation for repeatable mission support.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior Government/military leadership.
