Job summary

Leidos has an opening for a Network Operations Analytics Engineer at MacDill AFB, FL. You will develop data sets, implement reporting tools, manage data storage, and produce ad-hoc reports to meet customer objectives.

The role requires strong knowledge of network technologies, data analytics, independence, and the ability to develop data sets to support program reporting requirements. DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+).
• CCNA highly desired.
• Experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems.
• Database experience.
• BS Degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or MS with 6–10 years; degree may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection methods to gather key performance metrics.
• Independently refine customer reporting requirements and produce detailed mission reports.
• Analyze trouble-ticket data, including creation, response, and resolution times, and identify trends to improve operations.
• Analyze bandwidth utilization and evaluate network performance throughout the mission lifecycle.
• Create and deliver comprehensive documentation of approved processes and procedures.
• Present recommendations, reporting, and technical findings to senior Government and military leadership to support decision-making.
