Job summary

Leidos at MacDill AFB, FL seeks a Network Operations Analytics Engineer to support GSM-O II/JCSE. You will develop data sets, advise on new tools, and build reports to meet customer objectives, while managing data storage and ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Required: DoD 8570 IAT II certs, CCNA preferred, network management experience, database skills, and a BS with 8–12 years of relevant work. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required or equivalent.
• CCNA certification highly desired.
• Experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems.
• Database experience for reporting and analytics.
• U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data collection methods and KPIs.
• Produce mission reports and ad-hoc analytics for leaders.
• Analyze ticket data and network performance to identify trends.
• Document processes and ensure repeatable mission support.
• Present findings to senior Government and military leadership.
