Job summary

Balfour Beatty US in Dallas, TX is seeking a Mission Critical / MEP Assistant Superintendent to assist the Superintendent on high-profile, technical projects within the Large Projects Group. You will help manage field activities, supervise subcontractors and employees, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

The role requires 4+ years of construction experience, OSHA training, and the ability to read plans and specs; OSHA 10 is required with OSHA 30 within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 4+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Proficiency with a PC and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Current OSHA 10 certification; must obtain OSHA 30 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent by managing designated field activities and supervising field construction work by subcontractors and employees.
• Support project start-up, scheduling, administration, operations, and close-out.
• Promote customer relations and team development.
• Ensure work is built on time, within budget, and in accordance with BB policy and procedures.
