Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking a Mission Critical Senior Project Manager to lead on large projects, oversee contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set‑up and updates, and schedules to ensure quality, profitable, safe, and timely outcomes.

The role focuses on meeting customer needs, building current client relationships, and developing new business; 30 hours OSHA training is required every four years.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years of project management experience.
• OSHA training: 30 hours required within four years.
• Proven leadership with ability to manage diverse teams and maintain client relationships.
• Experience with GMP, budgets, schedules, reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manages project finances, GMP development, and budgets; tracks costs and reports.
• Leads preconstruction activities, subcontracting, and MBEs where required.
• Creates project schedules; defines resources and roles; aligns with stakeholders.
• Oversees project administration, safety, QA, and close-out procedures.
• Fosters customer relations, seeks new business, and maintains company values.
• Leads by example and supports staff development and safety training.
