Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction seeks a Mission Critical / MEP Assistant Superintendent for our Large Projects Group in Dallas, TX. You will support the Superintendent by managing field activities and supervising subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You will need 4+ years of construction experience, read plans and specs, and hold OSHA 10 with OSHA 30 within 90 days. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, and a valid driving record is necessary.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience.
• Able to read plans and specs.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Able to meet minimum driving record requirements.
• Current OSHA 10; OSHA 30 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent by managing designated field activities on projects.
• Supervise field construction work by subcontractors and employees.
• Help ensure projects are built on time, within budget, and per BB policy.
• Coordinate preconstruction, start-up, scheduling, admin, and close-out activities.
