Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of experience on data center projects.
• Experience with project management software: Procore, P6, JD Edwards.
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in determining resources needed and how to meet them.
• Support preconstruction activities: costs, schedules, budgets, and bid packages.
• Prepare subcontract scopes of work and manage pre-work meeting minutes.
• Assist in project administration, scheduling, change orders, procurement and close-out.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to contracts and company guidelines.
