Job summary

Uloop Inc. in Miami, FL, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a fast paced logistics team handling direct-to-patient shipments. You will be the main contact for shipment status, issues, and inquiries, ensuring timely updates and professional communication.

You will monitor high value, time sensitive shipments, resolve delivery problems, and coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and vendors while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Customer service experience required.
Logistics, freight, shipping, or supply chain customer service experience is highly preferred.
Ability to manage high pressure situations with urgency and professionalism.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Comfortable working non traditional hours and providing weekend coverage.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, issues, and inquiries
Monitor and track time sensitive, high value shipments from origin through delivery
Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally while coordinating with internal teams
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in the system
Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and third party vendors
Manage multiple systems and screens while handling incoming requests
Work cross functionally with operations to ensure service quality and compliance
