ROCS Grad Staffing in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking a logistics customer service specialist to act as the main contact for shipment updates and issues. You will monitor high-value shipments, coordinate with drivers and vendors, and keep clients informed while maintaining accurate case notes.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics or supply chain customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends.

Qualifications
