Job summary

Uloop Inc. in Miami, FL, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a fast paced logistics team handling direct-to-patient shipments. You will be the main contact for shipment status, issues, and inquiries, ensuring timely updates and professional communication.

You will monitor high value, time sensitive shipments, resolve delivery problems, and coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and vendors while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Logistics, freight, shipping, or supply chain customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage high pressure situations with urgency and professionalism.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working non traditional hours and providing weekend coverage.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Schedule

• Training: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the first 3 months
• Regular schedule: Most likely working between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• Schedule will consist of four weekdays and one weekend day
