General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Project/Implementation Manager to lead mission-critical IT initiatives for our intelligence customers. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage full lifecycle delivery, and maintain accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Active TS/SCI Clearance.
5+ years of project management experience in a government/IT environment.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.
Drive technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and multi-disciplinary service lanes.
Manage scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation to meet aggressive mission milestones.
Proactively mitigate risks and drive rapid solutions to ensure zero mission downtime.
Serve as the primary liaison to intelligence customer stakeholders.
Coordinate development of deliverables and ensure quality assurance of project outputs.
