Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. is seeking a Project/Implementation Manager for a 10-year contract to support User Facing and Data Center IT services for an Intelligence Community customer. You will lead end-to-end project lifecycles, drive cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and mitigate risks to prevent downtime.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly and 5+ years in government IT project management, plus a BA/BS or equivalent and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• 5 years project management experience in a government/IT environment.
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Directs the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT projects and systems engineering tasks from initiation through delivery.
• Drives technical staff, including engineers, developers, operations teams and multi-disciplinary service lanes.
• Manages scope, schedule, milestone-based invoicing inputs, and resource allocation to meet aggressive mission milestones.
• Proactively mitigates risks, identify technical bottlenecks, and drive rapid solutions to ensure zero mission downtime.
• Serves as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to intelligence customer stakeholders.
• Hosts high-level technical exchange meetings (TEMs), participate in program management reviews, and customer briefings.
• Anticipates evolving customer requirements to help spearhead program growth.
• Mitigates risks and potential roadblocks to the project.
