Job summary

Meridian Systematics is seeking a Project / Implementation Manager to lead mission-critical IT projects in a government environment. You will manage an assigned portfolio from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and performance meet requirements. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and 5+ years of government/IT project management experience. You will coordinate across engineering, development, operations, vendors, and customers from Springfield,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in government and/or IT environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects and systems engineering initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and operations.
• Manage scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and invoicing inputs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and roadblocks.
• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and customers.
• Lead TEMs and participate in program reviews.
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
• Monitor evolving customer requirements and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and industry developments.
• Evaluate future project requirements and develop strategies.
