Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an Dedicated Infrastructure IT Support professional with hands-on desktop and user support experience for the SAF/FMF AFFSO, AFAOC and DEAMS missions.

You will provide day-to-day network and computer administrative duties, install software and hardware, and resolve complex malfunctions to minimize mission delays. The role requires Security+ CE, a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, and strong customer service and communication

Qualifications

Requires Security+ CE certification.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years experience.
Experience supporting Windows-based workstations and applications.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day network and computer admin duties, including new user accounts on AF systems.
Perform software/hardware installation, diagnostics and problem resolution.
Optimize operations for networked workstations and ensure availability and integrity of systems.
Plan, organize, and manage IT software and hardware within the organization.
Resolve complex software, hardware and network malfunctions to minimize mission delays.
