Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an On-site Operating Engineer to manage and maintain critical data center infrastructure in Kansas City, MO. The role requires monitoring electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure 100% uptime and safe operation.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, CMCO certification desired, and hands-on experience with critical environment operations, HVAC, UPS, ATS, and building management systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• CMCO certification is highly desirable.
• Experience operating and maintaining critical data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Oversee vendors/contractors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records and respond to alarms and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
