Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a data center or critical facility environment.
• Experience with mission-critical building systems including UPS, emergency generators, switchgear, and power distribution.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to document activities clearly.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and CMMS systems.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and respond to site emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain critical building systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Monitor refrigeration, HVAC, boilers, pumps, valves, and electrical systems for optimal performance.
• Record readings, analyze operations, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage work orders via CMMS, coordinate with vendors, and respond to tickets professionally.
• Understand data center infrastructure to manage incidents and events effectively.
