Job summary

Suffolk Construction is seeking a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day job site activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project teams and trade partners on large-scale projects across Texas.

You will develop and update schedules, manage field personnel, monitor progress, and report to the Project Manager. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in construction, with a proven track record delivering complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of construction supervision.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Strong leadership, safety, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities including OSHA compliance and quality.
• Direct field personnel per project plan and supervision standards.
• Update project schedule and report progress to Project Manager.
• Coordinate with clients, trade partners, and Suffolk team members.
• Ensure safety programs, inspections, and documentation are up to date.
