CMI Management LLC is seeking an Electrician Maintenance to support operations in Omaha, NE. The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, including low- and medium-voltage infrastructure, emergency power, lighting, grounding, and safety systems.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installation, testing, and documentation, while coordinating outages and ensuring compliance with UFC and NFPA standards.

Qualificações

• Formal electrical apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining electrical systems in large facilities.
• Must hold and maintain all electrical licenses/certifications required by Nebraska.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, UFC, and Air Force specs.
• Ability to obtain government credentials including CAC and clearance.
• Must possess at least a Secret clearance (Top Secret if required).
• Willingness to support 24/7 mission-essential operations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain low- and medium-voltage electrical systems below 4,160 volts.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems and components.
• Operate and maintain emergency generators and backup-power equipment.
• Perform UPS load testing for life-safety equipment.
• Read blueprints and perform load calculations.
• Coordinate planned outages 14 days in advance; document work in NexGen IT/TRIRIGA.
• Respond to Priority 1 electrical emergencies and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout, arc-flash, PPE and safety requirements.
