Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, seeks an Electrician Maintenance to support operations in Omaha, NE. You will maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair low- to medium-voltage electrical systems and backup power equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with UFC, NFPA, and local codes.

You will read blueprints, document work in NexGen IT/TRIRIGA, and coordinate outages with government contacts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Formal electrical apprenticeship or equivalent training/experience required.
Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining electrical systems in large facilities.
Must hold and maintain Nebraska licenses and applicable local codes.
Ability to obtain a Common Access Card and pass background checks.
Secret clearance required; Top Secret if TS/SCI access; US citizenship required.
Willingness to support 24/7 mission-essential operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain safe, reliable low- and medium-voltage electrical systems up to 4,160 volts.
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical equipment including switchgear and transformers.
Operate and maintain emergency generators and backup power equipment.
Perform quarterly inspections and annual load testing of UPS systems.
Document labor, materials, and asset data in NexGen IT/TRIRIGA or similar systems.
Coordinate planned outages at least 14 days in advance and report outages to Government representatives.
Comply with lockout/tagout, arc-flash, PPE and other safety requirements.
