Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a Mission Critical QA/QC Superintendent to lead electrical QA/QC programs for large-scale data center projects. You will ensure installations, inspections, testing, and turnover meet drawings, specs, codes, and client standards.

You will collaborate with project leadership, engineers, vendors, and commissioning teams to prepare systems for energization, commissioning, and final turnover, while supervising QA/QC personnel and maintaining documentation control.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years electrical construction experience with field supervision and QA/QC responsibilities.
• OSHA 30 certification required; electrical license or equivalent preferred.
• Thorough understanding of electrical drawings, codes, and testing/commissioning processes.
• Experience with data center electrical systems and quality documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across all data center buildings, systems, and phases.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific electrical QA/QC plans.
• Inspect, test, and document electrical installations to ensure readiness for energization and turnover.
• Coordinate with project leadership and trades to address quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Manage QA/QC foremen, inspectors, electricians, and temporary staff; monitor staffing levels.
