Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a Mission Critical QA/QC Superintendent to lead the electrical quality assurance and quality control program for large-scale data center projects. You will ensure installations, inspections, testing, and turnover align with drawings, codes, and client standards.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and vendors to prepare systems for energization, commissioning, and final turnover, while maintaining safety culture and project schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. OSHA 30 certification required.
• Electrical license or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience with QA/QC responsibilities.
• Experience in mission-critical, hyperscale data centers or similar facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across all data center buildings and phases.
• Coordinate with project leadership, engineers, and trades to ensure quality.
• Develop project QA/QC plans and maintain documentation.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover readiness.
• Communicate quality risks and corrective actions to leadership.
• Train field personnel on QA/QC requirements and documentation.
